Microsoft new Invention - Windows Mobile Platform

Microsoft has planned to replace the current version of the Windows Mobile platform (6.1) by a new version (6.5) which will introduce alongwith advancements in touch-screens and other technologies.

Microsoft’s last major update of Windows Mobile was version 6 from past 2 years. After than moblie scenario has a tremendous change with Apple’s iPhone, Nokia’s smartphone and RIM’s Blackberry etc.

As per mobile survey, people who own an iPhone also tend to have a secondary device. But Microsoft is offering solution where someone can use a device as their work tool, also have their personal e-mail and contacts on it and tied in to Microsoft Exchange Server for the office and so on. The new Windows Phone system takes the Zune music player interface as its inspiration, with easy navigation in an enlarged typeface that touch-screen users can scroll through with their fingers.

Microsoft is dealing with an advanced system that can run on something like 155 devices from every major manufacturer on the planet. A system that links in seamlessly with the most widely used PC operating system on Earth. One more feature of Windows Phone is to back up data online, where texts, calls, e-mails and photos can be accessed from any computer in the world and other features you all can find after its launch.

RECESSION - A Major Affect on Indian Economy
